As far as I know you can’t switch between sending on behalf of and sending as on the fly. You have permission to do one or the other and whatever you have permission to do is what you get when you fill in someone else as the sender. If you have both permissions then one of them “wins” and that’s what you get.
Does deleting an email delete it from the recipient?
Deleting an email from your device does not remove it from the sender’s device at all.
