Yes. Users may be assigned to multiple Roles. The system will give the most access possible based on all the Roles the use is assigned to. The User Interface will follow the Role which is “highest” on the list of Roles.

In certain situations, a single User can have fulfil multiple roles on an Opportunity Sales Team (or Account Team) – it would be useful to be able to track this by adding the same User more than once (with a different Team Role each time). Needed here too …. large company, our service folks may wear more than one hat on each account.
