What is power spectrum of white noise?
As its name suggests, white noise has a power spectrum which is uniformly spread across all allowable frequencies. In Matlab, w = randn(N) generates a sequence of length N of n(0, 1) ‘Gaussian’ white noise (i.e. with a normal distribution of mean 0 and std 1).
