Why Shutdown option is not showing?
Press Windows + R keys together to open the run dialog. Type regedit and hit enter. In Regedit navigate to: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer. In the right pane, if this key (NoClose) is set to 1, double clock it and set it to 0.

I have came across a problem where two of my users are unable to restart/shutdown their computer. They both are on Windows 10 and both do not have the option to shutdown or restart under the start menu. I am at a loss people, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!!!
