To improve your chances of getting an answer, here are some tips:

If the noun is singular, use “this kind”; if the noun is plural, use “these kinds.” Unless you are being deliberately ungrammatical.

We should say “this kind of error” or “these kinds of errors,” but never “these kind of errors.” The plural demonstrative “these” (or “those”) can’t modify the singular “kind.”

This and these are demonstratives, which means they indicate a specific noun in a sentence. This is used with singular or uncountable nouns (i.e. this egg or this music). These refers to plural nouns (i.e. these cookies).
Is these kind of things correct grammar?
This kind of thing or that kind of thing is made plural with the phrases these kinds of things or those kinds of things, but the singular versions are much more commonly used. This kind of thing is much more common than these kinds of things: They have been trained for this kind of thing.
