- Go to XCOM 2 SDK/XCOMGame/Mods/YourMod and open YourMod. XCOMMod with Notepad, or any text editor.
- Go down until you see tags=
- Fill it out with the appropriate tags so that other people can find it.
- Save the text document, and publish your mod.

- Click “Customize your Queue”.

How do I remove tags on steam?
It’s not possible to modify a tag, and the only way to delete it is to untag everyone.
How do I select a tag on steam?
Just visit the Steam Store page for your favorite game or software and apply tags that you think are appropriate or relevant to that title.
Similar to recommendations, Steam looks at the top 20 tags on your game to figure out which other game’s pages yours should appear (and which other games should appear on your store page as similar).
How do steam tags work?
Applying Tags Tags can be applied to a game by the developer, by players with non-limited accounts, and by Steam moderators. Many tags can be applied to your game, but only the top 20 are visible to users and used by Steam to influence visibility of your title in the store.
From the main store page, click on Games button next to Featured Items and Software. Just the button, not any of the drop down items. On the right there should be a little filter that says “Narrow by tag”. From there you can just checkmark what tags you want.
How do I upload files to the workshop?
To upload your newly created package to the Steam Workshop, click the addons button and select Steam Workshop Uploader: Next, navigate to your created package (zip file), find a nice image for your item, and type in your Workshop item details, and click on Upload.

As the developer of your game, you can remove any tag that users have applied that you don’t think is accurate for your game. Open the editor by clicking the plus sign next to the row of tags visible on your store page. Hover over a tag in the list to see a flag icon. Click the flag icon to remove that tag.
How do you change the workshop item main?
When you Share/Update the asset, click on the little folder icon in the corner of the screenshot. THat will open up the folder with the default screenshot, which you can replace it with any screenshot.
