What if you make more than 100k in Unity?
If your Total Finances exceed US $100,000 you may not use Unity Personal at all, even for internal projects or prototyping. The Financial Threshold for Unity Plus is US $ 200,000 for the most recent twelve (12) month period. To be Tier Eligible to use Unity Plus, your Total Finances may not exceed US $200,000.
Can I make money with Unity free?
Yes you can create and sell a game with the free version of Unity, without paying royalties or any revenue share.
Can you get rid of made with Unity?
Under “Splash Screen” in player settings, there’s a “Show Unity Splash Screen” checkbox that you need to turn off to get rid of the unity logo. As for your splash screen, you have to actually program an image to appear, then transition into your game (or however you want to do it).
Do you need to pay for a unity license?
Anything else is kind of meaningless and immeasurable unless you’re a corp. So if your last taxes were calculated for 100k income then this means you need to pay for Unity. Depending on the jurisdiction in which you are sued and their interpretation of the applicable laws and the EULA they might rule that you are entitled to it, that Unity Technologies is entitled to it, or that the sales are void and you need to refund it to your customers.
Can I make a commercial game with Unity free / personal?

When to upgrade from free to pro in Unity?
If you make a nice game and can expect to make even nearly $100k off of it, upgrade to pro before you ever start selling. The less time a Free-built version of your game is on the market, the less likely there will be speculation and concern from Unity.
