Does higher FPS make you move faster?
In video games, higher fps doesn’t mean faster either. A second is still one second. However, there are more frames per second in 60p than in 30p so the movement appears smoother. FPS stands for frames per second.
Does higher FPS make things slower?
When choosing your frame rate, you’ll want to keep in mind that the higher the frame rate, the slower the slow motion will be. For example, videos recorded in 60fps or 120fps will then be slowed down to a 24ps frame rate, which creates that smooth slow motion effect.
How do you slow down the FPS on Flipaclip?

Low FPS Is a Computer Problem. If your frame rate is low enough, playing the game may feel like watching a slideshow as only a few different frames appear on your screen per second. Why did the FPS drop on my XPS 15?
I was at 100+ fps on HIGHEST Graphics Settings, in fight zones it was at 90 fps minimum (witch is really perfect). Then my university exams were getting closer, and i decided to delete all my games on PC and start studying a lot more. After the exams i re-downloaded some games, then i figured a huge fps drop.
