How to calculate the difference between two rasters in QGIS?
The result is actually correct. The two rasters are identical where they overlap. Where they do not, the result is NaN because you cannot do math with a non-existent value. I´m not quite sure,if what bugmeont suggested is correct.
Where do I find the raster bands in QGIS?
The Raster bands list contains all loaded raster layers that can be used. To add a raster to the raster calculator expression field, double click its name in the Fields list. You can then use the operators to construct calculation expressions, or you can just type them into the box.
How to create mask on the fly in QGIS?
In other words, for every cell greater than or equal to 0, set its value to 1. Otherwise set it to 0. This creates the mask on the fly. If you want to classify a raster – say, for instance into two elevation classes, you can use the following expression to create a raster with two values 1 and 2 in one step.
How to add raster to raster calculator expression field?
The results are written to a new raster layer with a GDAL-supported format. The Raster bands list contains all loaded raster layers that can be used. To add a raster to the raster calculator expression field, double click its name in the Fields list.
How is similarity determined in hierarchical agglomerative clustering?
Hierarchical Agglomerative Clustering (HAC) Assumes a similarity function for determining the similarity of two clusters. Starts with all instances in a separate cluster and then repeatedly joins the two clusters that are most similar until there is only one cluster. The history of merging forms a binary tree or hierarchy.
How is Saga raster used in ArcGIS cut / fill?
The usage of SAGA raster volume is slightly different from what you would expect with ArcGIS Cut/Fill, as it is a tool to calculate a volume above a reference surface. How about simply using QGIS Raster Calculator?
How to clip between two features in QGIS?

How to calculate the value of a field in QGIS?
Generally, you can use the various fields, values and functions to construct the calculation expression, or you can just type it into the box. To display the values of a field, you just right click on the appropriate field. You can choose between Load top 10 unique values and Load all unique values.
What are the types of expressions in QGIS?
This group contains operators (e.g., +, -, *). This group contains functions to handle conditional checks in expressions. This group contains math functions (e.g., square root, sin and cos). This group contains functions to convert one data type to another (e.g., string to integer, integer to string).
