Our MS Outlook email system caps us off at 15MB per email, so I end up having to open the newly exported PDF map and selecting ‘Save As’ and ‘Reduced size PDF’ from the adobe menu. My question is, is there a way to export a reduced size pdf of my map from ArcMap directly without sacrificing the overall detail and clarity of the image?
