How to properly solidify curve paths in Blender?
Well from the image it looks like you didn’t apply scale on the curve object (the carry handle). That would cause some distortion. Scaling and transforms on the bevel object though, are fairly robust, in my experience. So I don’t think that’s an issue. Other than that I don’t see anything obvious. Change your Preview U to at least 12 or more ?
Why are my circles not smooth in SolidWorks?
There you can pull the slider to the right to make circles more round, but be carefull that perfect round circles take much longer regenerating times Hey Rob. I have pulled over the slider to the very right (just short of the red section) and the image quaity of my circle is still not changing. The edges are very jagged all the way around.
Is there a way to re-scale a curve?
(If along the length of the curve is considered “Z”, then there’s no way to re-scale “X” or “Y” of the bevel shape separately along each curve point.) So you get this odd pinch thing going on.
How to control the shape of a part in SolidWorks?
You can add in multiple curves to control the shape, but in this case we will use the 3D sketch: Now, the shape of the part looks similar, but if we take a look at the same section cut as before, the profile is perpendicular to Axis1:
How to calculate the volume of a solid?
For each of the following problems use the method of disks/rings to determine the volume of the solid obtained by rotating the region bounded by the given curves about the given axis. Rotate the region bounded by y = √x y = x , y = 3 y = 3 and the y y -axis about the y y -axis.
Why are sharp bends not good for modeling?
I know with free handles, sharp bends don’t do too well because there’s no way to differently scale the bevel shape. (If along the length of the curve is considered “Z”, then there’s no way to re-scale “X” or “Y” of the bevel shape separately along each curve point.)
