How do I move a layer in sketch?
To move a layer, simply click and drag it. If you want to restrict movement to a particular axis, hold ⇧ as you drag. To move a layer that’s underneath another layer, make sure you’ve selected it, hold ⌘ + ⌥ , and then click and drag anywhere on the Canvas.
How do you change the size of an artboard in sketch?
To resize an Artboard, select it and then click and drag on the selection handles that appear around it. You can also edit its dimensions in the Inspector. You can also set an Artboard to resize its contents at the same time by selecting Adjust contents on resize in the inspector.

Just select the artboard and on the Inspector, click on the Resize to Fit. Sketch automatically resize the artboard to fit to the content. Select the content around which you want to make an artboard. Click on the artboard button (or) go to Insert → Artboard. On the right you will see various artboard sizes.

Artboards in Sketch 3 can directly be exported with no need to add extra slices. If you add new artboards to your document, just add an export size to these artboards by clicking the + icon next to the export label in the inspector panel, while keeping the artboards selected.

How do I export an image from sketch?
Go to File > Export. Alternatively you can click the Export icon in the toolbar. When you click on Export for the first time, Sketch will assume you want to export your artboards and will make them exportable automatically, discarding all objects outside the artboards.
