Why is my PNG exporting blurry illustrator?
There are 2 reasons why your exported image appears pixelated. Either you’re original artboard size in illustrator does not match your intended export dimensions (artboard was too small) or your export settings result in a lower quality export. Pixelated images lose quality when scaled up, unlike vector images.
How do I export Artboards from illustrator to PNG?

Export don’t use artboard size but the draw a square that contain all boxes. So if for example you have text box and your text is 320 but the text box is 324 then the export will be 324. Use “safe for web” as is use artboard size when saving for png. My exports were also 1 pixel off in some of my images.
