Can I make a still picture from a video?
Play the video and pause it at the point you want to take a still from it. Press PRINT SCREEN or ALT+PRINT SCREEN, depending on whether the video is playing full screen or in an active window. You can paste your screen capture into Paint, which is a drawing program you can use to crop, rotate, and resize pictures.
Can you turn a video into a panorama?
To do so, you can locate this feature under Edit > Photo Merge > Panorama. For example, you could take a landscape video horizontally and then you can capture different frames from this video, and then merge them into a single panorama photo.

Once you have all of the photos you want to use selected, right click, go down to export. An export window is then brought up. We’re going to check the box that says “Put in subfolder” and we will call that folder wedding. Then click on the drop down title that says File “Naming”, and we’re going to rename these photos.
