Is Office 365 all web based?
When you purchase Microsoft Office 365, full Office licensing on up to five devices or workstations per person is not really cloud-based, but the rest of these services are: Online, web-based versions of Office. OneDrive file storage and sharing with lots of space.
Who is the one accessing my information stored over Office 365?
As we explain in the video, ultimately if the service is working properly, nobody has access to your data. There is zero standing access to your data, unlike in on-premises environments, where an administrator may have long-standing permissions and access.
