Why did my object disappear in blender?
The first thing to do is to make sure that nothing is hidden. Pressing H in Blender hides whatever you’ve selected, and it’s easy to accidentally hit it when you’re actually trying to press G and grab an object. Fortunately, you can unhide all hidden objects pretty quickly by pressing Alt+H.
How do you hide objects when rendering?
The rendering visibility is hidden on the default setup.
- Open Filter panel from the Outliner and switch on the Rendering icon (Camera icon)
- From Outliner, hide your objects by click on the Camera icon. Now the objects is hidden from your rendered image. (
- Render > Render Image or press F12 to render your scene.
Why does my blender not render?
Go to the Outliner, find your object, and re-enable renderability on it by left-clicking the rightmost icon next to it (the icon looks like a camera). Non-rendered layers. To fix this issue, go to Render Layers Properties and double-check the scene layers that you have assigned to your render layers.
Why are 3D objects disappearing in the viewport?
Might have set View – Local toggle. If so, go to object menu View/Local and click toggle off, or shortcut key Numpad /. (I saw this in other listing in this chain). I don’t know if it’s the same problem, I had a similar strange behaviour and I fixed it transforming the timeline in a 3D window and deleting the previous 3D window.
Why does object disappear once rendered in Blender?
There are the different settings for render and 3d view. The catmul setting with a high subdiv setting could make the mesh retract/shrink under the other objects. I never thouched the catmul setting, the settings for the vanishing object was the same setting for the other non-vanishing objects.
Why are my mesh objects disappearing in object mode?
I found another cause for disappearing objects in object mode. I was moving mesh objects from one armature to another, working on armature custom properties and collada export settings. Using ctl-p without checking Modifiers. After a few of these switches, the armature modifiers starting piling up, linked to armatures long since rejected.
Why are objects not visible in the outliner?
So, if the default values are not changed, and you are modeling where all or part of the object are beyond the “end” clipping distance, the object will be in the outliner, as it is in the scene, but since it is beyond the clipping distance “end” parameter, it will not be visible in the viewport.
