How fast is the Raspberry Pi 4 WiFi?
Both the old and new Raspberry Pi have 802.11ac Wi-Fi that can run on 2.4 GHz or 5-GHz bands. So we didn’t expect to see much difference in performance here. But the 5-GHz throughput is noticeably higher for the Pi 4, returning a rate of 114 Mbps, compared to 97 Mbps on the Pi 3 B+, a decent 18% improvement.
What is the max speed of WiFi?

Perhaps the Pi falls back from an unusable channel to plain 802.11a, which is limited to 54Mbps: Try setting up a 20MHz channel on your router, e.g. channel 36, or, with a smaller chance of success, a 40MHz/80MHz channel which is at least not explicitly disabled, e.g. channel 54 (40MHz) or 58 (80MHz).

Why is my WiFi only offering 144 Mbps?
