Can you customize flags in Outlook?
In Outlook, you can add a flag, set a reminder for a flagged email, and assign a color category to an email message to organize your inbox.

- On the Message tab, in the Tags group, select Follow Up, and then select Add Reminder.
- Select Flag for Recipients.
