It looks that you’ve used Quick Smoke. Though its material setup is ready to add the fire, it hasn’t the shaders to it. So you only have to add some nodes to that Input: mainly an Emission connected to an Attribute Node set to flame. Eventually, you would need a ColorRamp to color the fire.

How to ” render ” a fire simulation in Blender?
I create a plane, enable the Smoke Simulation, set the type to “Flow” and the flowtype to “Fire” (plus a couple of modifications for the velocity and such…) I create a big cube for the domain, enable the Smoke Simulation and set the type to “Domain”

I am having a problem with the smoke simulation with the Cycles rendering engine. More specifically, I have been able to render smoke, but flames do not show up. That’s all 🙂 Volumetrics and smoke are not currently supported by Cycles. There are some experimental builds that will support rendering static volumes, but not voxels, yet. Version 2.70 is reported to support volumes, and voxels (for smoke) will come later.
