Example. A lightning-input component creates an HTML element. How to create dynamic web components in Lightning?
The usual Web Components can be dynamically created through standard DOM APIs like document.createElement (‘c-my-cmp’) or element.appendChild (element), but as far as I tried in pre-release org it would not work at all. This question has been posted multiple times in the pilot group.
Is there an equivalent for the create function in Lightning?
This question has been posted multiple times in the pilot group. The short answer is there is no equivalent for the $A.createComponent () API currently in the LWC . Create if branches on the template only load them when a certain condition is meet (yes this is no ideal and not what you are looking for).
How to dynamically change color of text in LWC?
I stored this value in a variable in JS, and then used that variable in HTML as inline CSS. It works perfectly. You can use the JavaScript getters to compute the css value. But, as you have the elements showing in a loop, I would suggest you create a child component to show the details and have getters dynamic css.
