- Create a Salesforce Queue that can be assigned to Cases and/or Leads. Setup -> Administration -> Users -> Queues.
- Create a new Assignment Group.
- Create an Assignment Group Queue that is related to the previous Assignment Group.
- Add Assignment Group Members to the Assignment Group.

- Create a Public Group and add users to this public group.
- Create Queue and add the Public Group as a member of the queue.
- In the Service Console edit the Queue list view.
- Change the visibility to be only the Public Group.
Can a Salesforce opportunity be assigned to a queue?
It would be nice if Salesforce.com will allow us to setup queues for Opportunities. Currently, you can only setup a queue for leads, cases, and custom objects.
