How to conditionally render a HTML file in Lightning?
Lightning web component allows you to conditional rendering of html files based on device width. According to docs, For complex tasks like conditionally rendering a template or importing a custom one, use render () to override standard rendering functionality.
Just dragging the button into “Salesforce1 and Lightning Experience Actions” will make it to appear on lightning experience detail page. I have addred ‘Clone with Related’ button to “Salesforce1 & Lighning actions” for all page layouts.

How can I change the displayed fields in Lightning?
