Can you send Salesforce reports to non users?
With our Report Sender App, you can send reports to any email address including non-salesforce users. The recipient gets the report as an attached file in user-friendly Excel format. So you can ensure that anyone can get your reports without the need of having a Salesforce license.
How do I schedule a report to run in Salesforce?
Go to Reports Tab.
- Now select the report to which you want to schedule.
- Click on the Report name to edit in detailed mode.
- Now click on Run report pick list and select Schedule future Runs as shown above.
- Click on Schedule Future runs.
- Select unschedule report button to cancel.
- Click on Scheduled jobs.
What are schedule reports?
A scheduled report is a report that is sent out by email at specified times. You can specify what is included; who should get the report; and how often it will be sent. Scheduled reports are static, which means they do not change even if the underlying data changes.

How do I export a report in ServiceNow?
- Click a three-line menu button next to a column (or right-click between columns) of the report and click Export. It does not matter which column you choose in a list report. All columns will be exported.

Can a report be delivered to multiple e-mails?
A single subscription cannot deliver multiple reports in a single e-mail message. However you can create multiple subscriptions. The report server connects with an e-mail server through a standard connection. It does not use communication that has been encrypted using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL).
Can a report be sent to anyone outside the organization?
By default, you can e-mail reports to any valid e-mail account within or outside of your organization. Configuration settings can be used, however, to restrict e-mail delivery to mail server hosts that you identify by name. You can specify additional hosts if you want to support e-mail delivery to people that are not members of your organization.
Because shared schedules are system-level items, creating a shared schedule requires system-level permissions. For this reason, a report server administrator or content manager typically creates the shared schedules that are available on your report server.
