Can we deploy lightning page?
Currently you can add Lightning Record Pages to Outbound Change Sets under the Lightning Page option of the Component Type combo box. However, when uploading the change set, it doesn’t carry over the Org Default assignment or the App Default assignment. It would be useful to allow these assignments into the Change Set.
