Grant Users Access to Reports and Dashboards
- Click.
- In the Quick Find box, enter Profiles , then select Profiles.
- Click the Program Management Standard User profile.
- In the System section, click System Permissions.
- Click Edit.
- Select View Dashboards in Public Folders and View Reports in Public Folders.
- Click Save.

This is awful, permission given to manage dashboards in public folders and manage on the dashboard yet a User can’t make any changes – please fix this asap Salesforce, it is a real issue. This needs to be addressed as soon as possible. We have multiple clients who need the autonmy to allow different team members to update exisiting dashboards.
