How to improve the quality of the render?
In case you use a Render Time (min) limit, increase the time limit value to improve the quality. In V-Ray for Sketchup, Rhino and Revit, render quality can be improved by dragging the Quality slider to a higher quality preset.
Why do you need Denoiser in Maxwell Graphics?
Maxwell includes an integrated denoiser solution to help to remove the noise (or render grain) so you can get final images quicker. The denoiser calculation is a biased process applied over unbiased Maxwell renders. The higher the sampling level of the render, the more accurate the denoiser solution will be and the less bias it will introduce.
Render production is affected mostly by two factors – image quality and render time. It’s important to know that they are correlated – high image quality comes at the expense of long render times, and vice versa – speedy renderings produce low image quality.
Can you use V-Ray Denoiser in SketchUp?
Since the tool is designed to remove noise, you can use lower-quality render settings and denoise the image after rendering. How to reduce the render time in SketchUp?
In case you use a Render Time (min) limit, then decrease the time limit value. Reducing the render time usually produces more noise and results in a lower image quality. In V-Ray for Sketchup, Rhino and Revit, render time can be reduced by decreasing the Quality slider/preset.
How to increase the render time in V-Ray?
The Render Time (min) parameter is available only for the Progressive Image Sampler. Increasing the Render Time (min) results in better image quality by allowing V-Ray to spend more time sampling the image. See the three examples below for illustration. The Progressive Image Sampler provides an option to set a time limit for the rendering.
