Can my employer see what websites I visit on WiFi?
If you’re using a company computer (or wifi connection), your employer can not only monitor your work email and projects, but they can log your key strokes, including on “private” sites like Facebook or your personal email account. But just because they can monitor you doesn’t mean they will.

So when using company equipment – do ONLY company work.

That depends. Lets assume the scenario where you are working from home on a company owned laptop, your company can run arbitrary software on that laptop, and you have reason to believe the company may be wanting to observe your browsing history.
