Where is Viewport overlay in Blender?
We can access viewport overlays and gizmos in the top right corner of the 3D viewport.
How do I change the viewport in Blender?
Method 1: Viewport Controls (Viewport Only)
- Zoom: Simply scroll the mouse wheel up or down while the cursor is over the viewport.
- Orbit: Hold down the middle mouse button while moving your cursor around the viewport.
- Pan: Hold down Shift and the middle mouse button while moving your mouse across the viewport.
Why can’t I see anything in blender?

What are the different viewport modes in Blender?
The first mode is wireframe which will show your mesh in wireframe mode. Next is solid which shows the mesh is solid mode without any texture or material. You can however change the shading to change the lighting, color, and background affecting the mesh. Third is LookDev mode allows you to see colors, materials, and textures.
Where are the properties located in Blender 2.8?
In the Properties Region Panel, the panels directly related to mesh editing is the Transform panel, where numeric values can be entered for location, rotation, scale, and dimensions. We also have access to the properties for the View (such as focal length), camera lock, 3D cursor, and annotations.
