How do I check my office 365 retention policy?
From the Microsoft 365 compliance center, select Policies > Retention….Use the following instructions for retention policies that apply to any of these services:
- Exchange: Email and public folders.
- SharePoint: Sites.
- OneDrive: Accounts.
- Microsoft 365 groups.
- Skype for Business.
Who can publish retention labels?
End users, as well as administrators, can manually apply retention labels from the following locations:
- Outlook and Outlook on the web.
- OneDrive.
- SharePoint.
- Microsoft 365 groups (both the group site and group mailbox in Outlook on the web)
