Can you see who Upvoted your posts?
Below the notifications section, look for a type: upvote-notification, and below that, look at the name property below the latestActors section to find who upvoted your post.
Can you see who Downvote?
You can’t see the individual counts of up and down votes on a particular Reddit post or comment, but you can see the total net vote count for a post or comment from any thread page. You can also see the rough percentage of positive votes on a particular post.
Why are Upvotes not showing?
The first few hours after a post is created, the votes aren’t displayed to prevent vote manipulation and ensure people aren’t being swayed to vote one way or another based on how others have voted.

A parley is a post. An echo is a re-post (like a retweet). Comments are responses to parleys. Votes are indicative of approval or disapproval. Parleys can only be upvoted, while comments can be upvoted or downvoted.

Can you tell who is upvoting and downvoting you on Reddit?
Only people who had their privacy settings set to open had that data read by an API. There is no meta-data about who these people are in real life (IRL) or even what was the nature of the content they were upvoting and downvoting. So, who’s downvoting you on reddit?
Can a regular user see what I have upvoted?
But by default, regular users (and mods) can NOT see your up/down voted posts/comments. There is a setting to make reddit.com/ u/me /upvoted (and down voted) public but not by default. We technically can see users’ upvotes, but we’re not allowed to look by our own internal policy.
Can a person downvote you on Stack Exchange?
No, I will not go after those who downvoted me, but it’s interesting to know, anyway. Voting is anonymous and not even the moderators have access to this information. The only people I suspect that can see is the Stack Exchange development team.
Is the upvoter / downvoter userid zapped from the votes table?
Confirmed that the Upvoter / Downvoter UserId ‘s are zapped from the Votes table, e.g. by running this data.stackexchange query. Note however that ‘favourited’ and bounty Userid’s seem to be retained 🙂 (Thanks, mom!)
