You can also make an existing page the homepage for your site, even if you are using a SharePoint classic site. You must be the site owner to set a different page as a homepage. The page you use as a homepage must be stored in the Pages (or Site Pages) library of your site.
It is possible to link to SharePoint sites by using Tabs within Teams and this permits you to display SharePoint pages within the Teams UI.. for example this could enable you to add a tab to the Intranet portal site (or a communication site) within the general channel in Teams. HTH.
How to create a team site in SharePoint?
For SharePoint Server 2019, an administrator can create a team site with the classic or modern experience when setting up the site collection. In SharePoint Central Administration, select Create site collections. Create a site collection, and select the Team site (Classic experience) under Templates. Continue to create and save the site collection.

Select the vertical ellipses next to the page title, and then select Make homepage. Note: If you don’t see the menu options described above, you may be viewing your pages library in the classic experience. To see these options, switch your document library to the new experience by selecting Exit classic experience on the bottom left.
How to find missing search results in SharePoint Online?
As an admin, locate the site that’s missing results. Click the gear icon in the upper-right corner. Select Site Settings. Under Search, select Search and offline availability. Make sure that Allow this site to appear in search results? is set to Yes. After the setting is set to Yes, the site should be indexed during the next scheduled crawl.
To make the document available in search results, select the three dots () next to the document to see more settings. This time, select the Advanced option, and then select Publish a Major Version. The admin can go back to Version History and see that the document is published as a major version, typically a later version than 1.0.
