The code iterates through all the child webs within a site collection. It then flags the on the WorkflowAssociations property of the list, as shown in the line below, Once it gets inside that loop, it then collects all the appropriate list identifiers as well as the necessary workflow details.

How to get a list of all workflows in a site collection?

I have a similar scripts I use to check execution status of SharePoint 2013 workflow on a list. but I think it will be more productive if can use this PowerShell scripts on TechNet. the scripts found on TechNet works as expected but I think it will be better if I can output result to a file our send the output to an email.
