From View > go to All Events > Now try to Export. Based on how many entries you have in your calendar you may have to change the view’s ‘item limit’. Let us know if that answers your question. Thank you! Yes SharePoint would export all of your events – I believe you have not changed the view to show all of your items.
To check this, go to the “Title, description and navigation” settings page for the calendar (this is the first option under “General Settings” on the List Settings page). You will see two settings in the “Group Calendar Settings” sections.
Why is my calendar not showing all items?
The funny thing is though when I go to look at the view settings, for calendar it says Show All Items in This View, so that’s why I cannot understand why both Doe and mine are not showing up for each other. Please advise. It sounds like you have switched on the “Group Calendar Options” for your calendar.
Can you see all items in calendar view?
The calendar view says show all items in this view. The All Events view is set up the same. When I open up SP as J Doe and then me, and when I make a calendar item, J Doe cannot see it in Calendar view. I want Doe and me to see all of our items in Calendar view, not just the All Events view.
How to export calendar events in ICS format?
There’s a suggested programmatical approach to this problem which should export all of the calendar’s events in an ICS format: Another way to go, which would still include an event-by-event exporting, would be to create a calculated column for your calendar which creates a link to download the ICS-file for the event.
The other day while playing with SharePoint modern Events web part with my colleague Francisca Peixoto we realized that it includes a feature to download an ICS file to then be added to an Outlook calendar.
