How to Add a Web Part in SharePoint 2019
- You should enter the Edit mode on the Web Part Page: click the Page tab -> Edit Page.
- Click on a zone of a Web Part page and then click Web Part on the Insert tab to open the Web Part Gallery.
- Select a required web part and drag it to the zone, or click the Add button.
How to add a web part to quick links?
If your page is not already in edit mode, click Edit at the top right of the page. Hover your mouse above or below an existing web part and you’ll see a line with a circled +, like this: Click and then select the Quick links web part. Type over the Quick links title to add your own title. Click the Edit web part button to set your options:
