How to enable continuous crawl in search center?
To enable continuous crawls: Go to Central Administration –> Manage service applications –> Search Service Applications –> Content Sources. On the Managed Content Sources page, click the content source for which you want to enable continuous crawl. Select Enable Continuous Crawls.
