Choose a proper trigger, here I use Flow Button trigger. Add “Get items” action. Add “Create HTML table” action, From set to output of “Get items” action. Add “Send an email” action. Body set to output of “Create HTML table” action. The flow works successfully as below:

Is there an incoming email feature in SharePoint?
Incoming emails or sending documents to SharePoint document libraries has been one of the most loved features of SharePoint by business users for long. This has been there since SharePoint 2007 and all on-premise versions including the latest SharePoint 2016.
Make sure the user account that is performing this procedure is a member of the Administrators group on the server that is running the SharePoint Central Administration website. In the Central Administration website, select System Settings, in the E-Mail and Text Messages (SMS) section, select Configure incoming e-mail settings.
