This issue occurs when you upload files to a SharePoint Online library that uses the new document library experience. After you upload a file that’s missing the required information, when you open the file in a Microsoft Office application, you may be prompted with one of the following messages:
Documents cannot be uploaded to a SharePoint document library directly from Power Apps. We will need to create a Power Automate flow to do it instead. Open the Power Automate action from the top menu and select Create a new flow. Choose the Power Apps button template. Name the flow UploadFileToDocument library and click Save.
How to upload files and folders to a library?

In this scenario, when you upload a file to the library, you’re not prompted to enter a value for the required column.
