On the SharePoint site, create an Archive library and a Status column. Open Site Contents. Select add an app and create a new Document Library . Open the original library.
How do I find old files on OneDrive?

How to move documents in SharePoint with versioning?
First, both SharePoint document libraries must have versioning switched on. By default, copying a document will lose the versioning history. Therefore, the documents must be moved. Open two instances Internet Explorer in separate browser windows or tabs. You need to be in Internet Explorer as some browsers won’t support some of the points below.

Right click on the space between the item or document name and date, and from the menu, select Version History. To see Version History, you may need to scroll the menu. If you don’t see Version History, in the dialog, select the (ellipses), and then select Version History. A list of versions of the file appears.
