Delete all or some survey data
- Navigate to the Microsoft 365 or SharePoint site you want to delete the survey data from.
- In Site Manager or Site Content and Structure, click the name of your survey in the Quick Launch bar on the left.
- Click the select all.
- Click Actions, and then click Delete.
- Click OK.

- Open the survey from the Quick Launch or Site Content.
- Click the Settings drop down menu, and then select Survey Settings.
- On the Settings page, under Permissions and Management, click Permissions for this survey.
How do I delete data from SharePoint?
Open the SharePoint document library where you want to delete items. To select one or more items that you want to delete, hover over the folder, and then select the checkbox. Right-click a file, folder, or link icon, and then select Delete. In the Delete confirmation dialog, click OK.
Once you’ve used and finished with a SharePoint survey, you can delete all the responses, but keep the questions for reuse. Where do I find the results of a survey?
Only the responses that are complete appear in the graphical summary. A survey response is considered complete after the respondent views every page and then clicks Finish on the last page. To view all responses, you must have permission.
