What is the relationship between sample size and P?
The p-values is affected by the sample size. Larger the sample size, smaller is the p-values. However as already answered it is also effected by null hypothesis. Increasing the sample size will tend to result in a smaller P-value only if the null hypothesis is false.
How does increasing sample size affect P-value?
When we increase the sample size, decrease the standard error, or increase the difference between the sample statistic and hypothesized parameter, the p value decreases, thus making it more likely that we reject the null hypothesis.
Is effect size the same as p-value?
The effect size is the main finding of a quantitative study. While a P value can inform the reader whether an effect exists, the P value will not reveal the size of the effect.

How big does a sample need to be to find a large effect?
For example, an experiment with one IV with 4 groups/levels and one DV, where you wish to find a large effect size (0.8+) with a power of 80%, you will need a sample size of 52 participants per group or 208 in total.

When does a p value show statistical significance?
