What package is AICc in R?
AICcmodavg
I am not sure what software you are using, but it is pretty easy to calculate AICc and derive a model selection table using these AICc values in the R package AICcmodavg.
What is AICC in statistics?
AICc: The information score of the model (the lower-case ‘c’ indicates that the value has been calculated from the AIC test corrected for small sample sizes). The smaller the AIC value, the better the model fit. Delta_AICc: The difference in AIC score between the best model and the model being compared.
What is a good AIC score in R?
The AIC function is 2K – 2(log-likelihood). Lower AIC values indicate a better-fit model, and a model with a delta-AIC (the difference between the two AIC values being compared) of more than -2 is considered significantly better than the model it is being compared to.
What is the meaning of AICC?
The All India Congress Committee (AICC) is the presidium or the central decision-making assembly of the Indian National Congress.
How to get AICC results from dredge function?
I then used the dredge function to obtain an AICc results table. Model selection results for models predicting the effect of various predictor variables on disease (presence or absence) in birds in 10 research sites. Site was used as a random term.

Is the BIC and AICC calculated by the Arima function?
The BIC and AICc values are, indeed, calculated by the arima () function, but the object that it returns does not give us direct access to their values. This is inconvenient and I’ve come across others who’ve raised the issue. Unfortunately, I’ve not found a solution to the problem.
Which is the default k for the AICC function?
… optionally more fitted model objects. the ‘penalty’ per parameter to be used; the default k = 2 is the classical AIC. optional logical value, passed to the logLik method indicating whether the restricted log-likelihood or log-likelihood should be used. The default is to use the method used for model estimation.
