Why is Pop OS not booting from USB?

Having an issue getting POP!_OS to boot from a USB. I’m using an ASUS UX333-FA with the i5-8265u. I’ve disabled secure boot, set the USB drive as 1st priority and disabled the main drive but still no luck.
