Do spaces affect Python code?
The interpreter/compiler doesn’t care about white spaces. It’s just about readability. You’ll notice that the first one is more readable than the second one, but this doesn’t mean that the second one is wrong. It is just a matter of personal choice.
Which tag is used to give space in HTML?
The tag is used with preformatted text. It instructs the browser that the text is to appear exactly as written in the HTML file, including any spaces or blank lines. If you type five spaces inside tags, you get five spaces on the website.

Why does scanf stop when% C is called?
When scanf (with %c) is called the next time, it sees the character in the stdin and consumes it, and thus does not wait for further input. The space before the %c instructs scanf to scan any number of whitespace characters including none and stops scanning when it encounters a non-whitespace character.
Why is my scanf for char not working?
The problem is that when you enter a character for scanf (“%c”, &d);, you press the enter key. The character is consumed by the scanf and the newline character stays in the standard input stream ( stdin ).
