Where can I find Libcuda So 1?

Where can I find Libcuda So 1?

Hi, I have solved it by these steps:

  1. $ sudo apt install nvidia-361-dev.
  2. $ sudo find /usr/ -name ‘libcuda.so.1’ (then you will know path of libcuda.so.1 )
  3. just copy the libcuda.so.1 to /usr/local/cuda/lib/ actually the libcuda.so.1 you find is a link file, see:

What provides Libcuda So 1?

libcuda. so. 1 is a symlink to a file that is specific to the version of your NVIDIA drivers. It may be pointing to the wrong version or it may not exist.

Where can I find Libcuda so?

Have you tried any of them? The libcuda.so should be in some location like /usr/lib64 on your machine (it may vary by linux distro). That is the one you want to use and the folder you want to include in your LD_LIBRARY_PATH . There is probably a libcuda.so in /usr/local/cuda-7.5/lib64/stubs directory on your machine.

How do I activate Cuda in Anaconda?

What is NVIDIA-SMI?

NVIDIA-smi ships with NVIDIA GPU display drivers on Linux, and with 64bit Windows Server 2008 R2 and Windows 7. Nvidia-smi can report query information as XML or human readable plain text to either standard output or a file. For more details, please refer to the nvidia-smi documentation.

What is Libcuda so?

How do I know if Cuda is installed in Anaconda?

3 ways to check CUDA version

  1. Perhaps the easiest way to check a file. Run cat /usr/local/cuda/version.txt.
  2. Another method is through the cuda-toolkit package command nvcc . Simple run nvcc –version .
  3. The other way is from the NVIDIA driver’s nvidia-smi command you have installed. Simply run nvidia-smi .

Does Anaconda automatically install Cuda?

Anaconda will automatically install other libs and toolkits needed by tensorflow(e.g. CUDA, and cuDNN), so you have no need to worry about this.

Which version of CUDA should I install?

For those GPUs, CUDA 6.5 should work. Starting with CUDA 9. x, older CUDA GPUs of compute capability 2. x are also not supported.

Where is my CUDA installed?

By default, the CUDA SDK Toolkit is installed under /usr/local/cuda/. The nvcc compiler driver is installed in /usr/local/cuda/bin, and the CUDA 64-bit runtime libraries are installed in /usr/local/cuda/lib64.

Why is Nvidia-SMI not working?

NVIDIA-SMI has failed because it couldn’t communicate with the NVIDIA driver. Make sure that the latest NVIDIA driver is installed and running. Then re-add the PPA and install the driver.

Why is libcuda.so.1 not found on Conda?

See https://www.tensorflow.org/install/errors for some common reasons and solutions. Include the entire stack trace above this error message when asking for help. Is the CUDA library libcuda compatible with AMD?

Cuda should not recognize the AMD device as a valid cuda target, so you should run on the right GPU. I have libcuda.so.7, but not libcuda.so.1
