Im still on 7. Your settings are being set by a security policy helpfully provided by your employer. There is an app called Screen Saver Killer on the iOS app store you can use to keep your screen alive. The best part is there is no physical connection so it is undetectable. Ran into this issue as well.

This thread is locked. You can follow the question or vote as helpful, but you cannot reply to this thread. Only one way to do this is to disable Sleep, Hibernation and Hybrid Sleep. Just have the screen turn off after a selected amount of time. That is the only way programs keep running.
