Does my motherboard support Iommu?
If you have an AMD CPU, the IOMMU technology will be called IOMMU. In the Asus UEFI BIOS, this feature is in “Advanced -> CPU configuration” and is called SVM (Secure Virtual Machine), or AMD-V or AMD Virtualization. Then, if your motherboard supports it, you will find the IOMMU option in : Advanced -> North Bridge.

Is it safe to disable SVM mode?
Your Windows 10 will run at the same time as your other OS does through VMware. That’s useful if you have, for example, really old programs that need to run on an older OS. If you’re not interested in that you can disable SVM in your BIOS and it won’t affect anything.
Is enabling SVM mode safe?
No. Intel VT technology is only useful when running programs that are compatible with it, and actually use it. AFAIK, the only useful tools that can do this are sandboxes and virtual machines. Even then, enabling this technology can be a security risk in some cases.
