Agree as long as your GPU temp is at or around 70c you are just fine. I would not worry about it. The fact that your GPU is at or close to 100% just means that it is doing what it should and that is rendering the game not a problem at all.

You want to use 100% of your GPU while gaming. If you aren’t at 100% at some point while playing the game then you are either playing a much older game, using too low of graphics settings, or your CPU isn’t strong enough (you’re totally fine). So I open the case again: My problem is, windows processes Client Server Runtime Process (csrss.exe) and Desktop Window Manager (dwm.exe) very often start using the integrated GPU card (GPU 0 – 3D).
