How do you graphically represent ranks?
Use bar charts to show data that are ranked, in either ascending or descending order. Horizontal bars should be used. A bar chart should always be ranked by value, unless there is a natural order to the data (for example, age or time).
How do you make a ranking chart?

Which is the best way to rank categories?
If the goal is to rank categories, then the best way is to calculate the average weight of each category (e.g. Talent (1 × 1 + 2 × 2) ÷ 3 = 1.667) and either showing it in numbers or plotting it on column chart. Showing a pie chart with just the distribution of categories among one rank has little analytical value.

Ranking data can be tricky to know how to visualize because it is but isn’t parts of a whole. The data will likely arrive from Qualtrics in a table, where each row sums to 2,900 (assuming a perfect world with no missing data).
Which is the best way to present rank survey data?
I would try to put the data into the same chart, not split into different panels, to allow more comparisons. Of course, there is a lot of experimentation with graphics before you decide which show the data best. Here are a handful that I would try.
