Manage responses
- Open a form in Google Forms.
- At the top, click Responses.
- Click More .
- Click Get email notifications for new responses.
How do I link a form to a sheet?
Use QUERY
- Inside your form, go to the Responses tab and click on the three dots. Click Select response destination > Create a new spreadsheet.
- Open the spreadsheet. Open a second tab(sheet) and enter this formula into the first cell A1:
- =query(‘Form Responses 1’!
- Repeat this for the other tabs, with the other colors.
How do you see all Google forms you submitted?

- Complete the Google Form.
- Click Submit to proceed.
- You will be directed to a new page. Click See Previous Responses.
- A new page will show you the results of all responses submitted.
How do I confirm a move in Excel?
Select “Move”, and then select the group you want to transfer to, then confirm the move. After the transfer completes, the moved form is still active, and you can click Open in Excel in the Responses tab of your form and review your responses.
What happens when you transfer a group form?
Your newly transferred form will also inherit all the features of a group form, such as its responses stored in the SharePoint site of the group, the ability to share the form in your group’s Team channel, etc.
