You don’t have the ability to prevent one member from seeing posts in a Group. I would recommend starting a Group Chat from your Group and making sure you deselect the person you would like to exclude.
How can I prevent my friends from seeing the posts I make in a Facebook group?

Can I join a Facebook group without my friends knowing?

How to hide my posts in Facebook groups from certain friends?
Regular FB posts (which you’ll be prompted to “share to News Feed” on composing) can be hidden from specific friends using the “custom” privacy setting. Posts in groups, however, lack any individual privacy controls—rather, posts in groups are subject to the group admins’ choice of privacy levels.

Posts in groups, however, lack any individual privacy controls—rather, posts in groups are subject to the group admins’ choice of privacy levels. Can you comment on someone else’s post on Facebook?
